DYLAN is the GOAT of customer service and customer care! I had all these old records I needed to ship from IL to my Dad in TX. DYLAN helped me get them from trunk and into boxes so neatly - and they arrived safely and on time. DYLAN can totally teach a class on how to handle what may seem to be a customer’s difficult situation and turn it into a carefree and positive experience. I went in today with a hard to ship item. Dylan was awesome! So helpful and pleasant. Dylan’s manager, Dawal, jumped in when needed. They were a great team. Tried fed ex but UPS was so much more helpful!

This is my first and LAST TIME ever going there. I told them the issue I had, and the 2 associates (middle eastern associates) looked at me like I was an imbecile for coming in w/ 10 packages and they had me cancel everything even after I told them the first time that they could've just taken all the orders. I don't understand how they can give extremely rude customer service when they seem to be the only ones doing it. I don't understand how that store can continue to have them employed there.

Mario was amazing! Super helpful and knowledgeable. I came in looking to return my Amazon package. Little did I know I couldn’t just walk in and drop it off as I attended. Mario let me know that I needed my shipping label. He not only walked me through it but also printed and box it up for me! What a great respectable young man.

This is my third time at this location, I usually go Mondays or Tuesdays morning, 2 out of 3 times had a bad customer service experience, the first time I thought maybe he’s having a bad day the second time it was a different guy very good customer service and my third time the same guys from my firs time very nasty customer service, I was returning 3 items, when he scanned my QR I asked him if he can tell which item he scanned, and he said “ it doesn’t show which item I scanned I just scan“ with a nasty attitude. I hope the manager check the reviews and do something about it. I didn’t catch his name but I will next time so I can reported to the manager or corporate.
